Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tripplore mobile application (the "Application"), created by Filip Král (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

3. Changes to the Application & Charges

The Service Provider aims to ensure the Application is beneficial and efficient and reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason.

Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

4. Your Responsibilities & Device Security

The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device (removing software restrictions imposed by the operating system). Such actions may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to malfunction or not function at all.

5. Internet Connection & Data Charges

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming.

If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, the Service Provider assumes that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These providers include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Expo
  • Sentry
  • RevenueCat

7. Availability, Battery & User Responsibility

The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for how you use the Application.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

8. Accuracy of Information & Limitation of Responsibility

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate, they may rely on third parties to provide information that is made available to you.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the Application.

9. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features or services.

By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionalities. The Service Provider ensures that AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit the user experience.

10. Updates, Compatibility & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Requirements for operating systems may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you and/or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when offered.

The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • The rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end
  • You must stop using the Application and (if necessary) delete it from your device

11. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes.

The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
