This Privacy Policy applies to the tripplore mobile application (the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Filip Král (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
The Application collects information provided by users as well as certain information automatically in order to operate, improve, and maintain the Application.

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, some features of the Application may not be available unless you register.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
• The type of mobile device you use
• Your mobile device’s unique device ID
• The IP address of your mobile device
• Your mobile operating system
• The type of mobile internet browser you use
• Information about how you use the Application
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features, including:
• Personalized content based on usage patterns
• Recommendations based on interactions within the Application
• Automated functionalities to improve efficiency
All AI processing is performed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests
• With trusted service providers who act on behalf of the Service Provider and agree to adhere to this Privacy Policy
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies governing how they handle data. These services include:
• Google Play Services
• Expo
• Sentry
• RevenueCat
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
User Provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored in aggregated form.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided data, please contact info@tripplore.com. Some data may be required for the Application to function properly.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If personal information from a child under 13 is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal data should contact info@tripplore.com.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect it.
Access to information is limited to authorized employees and contractors. However, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the Application after changes become effective is deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Processing includes collecting, storing, using, combining, disclosing, and deleting information.
